For Christmas Holly got me tickets to go see The Moth, performing here in Portland. The Moth is out of New York, where people stand up and tell stories about their lives, no notes allowed. This was the first time the show traveled to Portland and it sold out in three hours.The theme was disobedience and five people shared very different stories about moments of disobedience from their lives. Some were funny, others more serious, most of them were really a mix of the two. But what was really great was these were simply stories about them. Simply a small moment of their lives. I loved it, if you listen to podcasts, they podcast a Moth Radio show. Better yet, if it comes to your town try and get tickets.

Yep, Christmas is over and I miss my favorite time of the year with pretty lights and great music. I'm glad you enjoyed your Christmas gift so much.
