Mouse (from If you give a Mouse a Cookie. . . ) joined us for the afternoon. The kids in Tim's class get to take him home for a night (or a weekend) and then have to write in the journal that comes with Mouse about what they did with Mouse.Today Mouse joined Tim in doing homework reading (My Father's Dragon), getting a haircut, going to the grocery store, taking a picture with Tim (Tim figured out how to use the timer on his camera), emptying the dishwasher and watching Cyber Chase. Quite an eventful day for a little guy!
This is my favorite picture that Tim took of himself and Mouse. Mouse got tired of the flash.

I wish Mouse could have come to my house for a visit. Tim --you are smarter than I am because I don't know how to use the timer on my camera. Way to go TIMBO! And the picture you took of yourself is great.
