Bundle Up

We went to the coast for the weekend. It was nice, briefly. Long enough to get a good walk in on the beach. The rest of the time was spent playing games (Harry Potter trivia), swimming, trying new restaurants (note: the boys don't like Cajun chicken strips but the fries are good), and a bit of shopping.

    What a great action picture, and even Batsy got in on the action. Yep, looks a tad bit colder than when we were there with the boys in July. Brrr...I get cold looking at them.

    I should clarify for Steve - "it was nice, briefly" translates to - it stopped pouring buckets on us for about 45 minutes on Saturday. Otherwise, it kept raining and raining and raining. Which is just fine for a beach trip in October. Let it rain!

    Only in Oregon do you get to combine beach trips with knit hats.
