How do you put up with 101 Elephant Jokes?

Thanks to Grandparents Bullock, Tim has been going through his new book, 101 Elephant Jokes.  For some reason it seems much fewer that 101, maybe he just reads them very fast.

His favorite so far:  How do you run over an elephant?  Up the tail, across the back and down the trunk.

    Joe looks like he is thankful it isn't 201 Elephant Jokes. :>) Tim looks like he is enjoying every joke in the book.
